WB25 All the World's a Stage

Folk tales and fables from around the world are at the center of this camp. Join us as we explore stories from West Africa, Europe, First Nations, and more! We'll share a favorite story and activities with parents on the final day.

WB25 Teen Theatre Project: Technical Training

Grades 7-12 • Dec. 27, 30, & 31 • 9:00 AM-4:00 PM • $165 Subscribers/$175 Non-subscribers

Work with theatre professionals to receive technical training. Learn backstage skills including basic carpentry, painting, sewing, lighting, and sound design techniques, in addition to practicing the responsibilities associated with a variety of run crew positions.

W25 Creative Drama I: Imagination Station

Preschool-Kindergarten (must have turned 4 by 9/15/2024) • Saturdays, 9:00-9:55 AM, Jan. 4 – Mar. 8, 2025 • $170 Subscribers/$180 Non-subscribers

Each week we'll choose a different book to dramatize, along with other special items that we can use to tell the story. Is it a pencil or a giant’s toothpick? What else could it be? The sky’s the limit when we use our imaginations in this creative drama class.

W25 Creative Characters: Act Out Session A

Grades 2-3 • Saturdays, 9:15-10:30 AM, Jan. 4 – Mar. 8, 2025 • $210 Subscribers/$220 Non-subscribers

Students continue to transition to a more disciplined approach to theatre arts. While keeping it developmentally appropriate, young actors will begin to use scripted and original material to focus on creating a character and collaborating with others in an ensemble. This is a beginning acting class that will focus on vocal projection and fluency, expressiveness, and body awareness.

*Parents may attend an informal sharing on the last day of class.

W25 Kid Invent Theatre: Play On! Session A

Grades 4-6 • Saturdays, 9:30-11:00 AM, Jan. 4 – Mar. 8, 2025 • $225 Subscribers/$235 Non-subscribers

Put those newly-honed acting skills to work, rehearsing and performing an original play. Continue to work on diction, character development, and body awareness while also exploring ensemble building. Perform the play on the final day of class for your family! Returning students who have taken this class before are always welcome, as scripts are new each session. This class builds on the fall session's Kids Invent Theatre: Fall Playmakers however new students may sign up if they wish.
