MAKING A SCENE

Grades 1-2 • March 16-20, 2026 • 12:30-3:30 PM • $180 Subscribers/$190 Non-Subscribers

Drawing from favorite children’s plays such as Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Miss Nelson is Missing, Junie B. Jones,and more, perform scenes in large and small groups. Have fun while working on beginning acting skills and ensemble building. Parents are invited on the final day for a scene showcase. New scenes each session for returning campers!

Emotions shape characters and stories—often in funny and unexpected ways. Inspired by books like Sideways Stories from Wayside School and The Terrible Two, students create scenes, play theatre games, and turn big feelings into entertaining moments on stage. On the final day, share scenes with parents and family.
